The W192 is designed for the suction and cleaning up of contaminated fluids, swarf, coolants, lubricants and wet industrial waste found in many industries such as food production, metal fabrication, building and construction industries as well as the chemical and pharmaceutical industries including hospitals.
It is a compact, 65b kg, highly manoeuvrable 230V 50/60Hz cleaner with 2 x 1000W turbo compressors and a powerful suction capability up to 20.5 kPa measured at the inlet with an airflow of 370 m3/h. It comes supplied with a 10m mains cable and a filter for the separation of air and swarf and a removable, powder coated 35 litres mesh basket for the separation of liquids and swarf. It has a 1.4m2 fluid and oil resistant filter cartridge for final filtration and a high performance integrated pump for pumping out liquids. It has also a low operating 68 dB(A) noise level.

Flextraction Ltd, the Melton Mowbray, specialist solution provider capturing at source all forms of airborne contamination – dust, fume and oil mist and sole UK representatives for TEKA GmbH, Germany, localised extraction arms portable and fixed filter systems manufacturer has launched an infinitely adjustable, 360m3h capacity, IC11 air filter for industrial printers.

Modern inkjet printers using solvent inks release harmful and irritating gases, which need to be extracted. TEKA’s 230V, 50Hz or 110V 60Hz, IC11 Air filter extracts these gases during the printing process using activated carbon filters. Controlled using a colour screen display and keyboard. It is completely powder coated inside and out and the carbon filters are easily accessed and changed through a large user friendly service door. As printers are usually located in small rooms, this unit has a highly effective silencer producing 60dB(A). Filtered air is either fed back into the working room by a 125mm outlet spigot or to the outside via a hose.
It has an automated start-stop system, so that it only operates when the printing equipment is in operation. A run-on time can be set to meet the operators individual requirements.
The unit has four wheel for easy mobility, measures 365mm wide x 801mm d x 797mm high and weighs only 66kg.
The IC11 air filter can be supplied with a standard 1,500mm wide collection element for use with larger industrial printers found in the market.
