Tiltable Pre-Separator from Flextraction

A Kiekens 2,000kg capacity tilt able pre-separator is available from Flextraction Ltd, the Melton Mowbray, specialist solution provider capturing at source all forms of airborne contamination – dust, fume and oil mist and sole UK representatives for Kiekens Products BV, Holland, industrial high vacuum cleaning systems.

This reinforced pre-separator has been designed for use with cyclone operations for high vacuum dust extraction installations, industrial vacuum cleaners and Kiekens plate filter type ‘Dustmaster’ fine dust systems. It has a manual operated tipping mechanism for unloading and is fitted with forklift truck profiles. It is supplied with either a 60mm, 80mm or 100mm diameter 325mm high cyclone pre-separator cover and safety chain to keep the unit from moving, the cover has a hinged partition for easy access and it is supplied with either wheel and swivel casters with brakes.

Options available include a sieve, drain cock and a water and wear resistant PV hose.

Other Kiekens pre-separators are available from Flextraction for high vacuum and low vacuum applications.

New Wet and Swarf Suction Cleaner from Kiekens

Flextraction Ltd, the Melton Mowbray, specialist solution provider capturing at source all forms of airborne contamination – dust, fume and oil mist and sole UK representative for Kiekens Products BV, Holland, industrial high vacuum cleaning systems has introduced a new W192 industrial wet and swarf suction cleaner.

The W192 is designed for the suction and cleaning up of contaminated fluids, swarf, coolants, lubricants and wet industrial waste found in many industries such as food production, metal fabrication, building and construction industries as well as the chemical and pharmaceutical industries including hospitals.

It is a compact, 65b kg, highly manoeuvrable 230V 50/60Hz cleaner with 2 x 1000W turbo compressors and a powerful suction capability up to 20.5 kPa measured at the inlet with an airflow of 370 m³/h. It comes supplied with a 10m mains cable and a filter for the separation of air and swarf and a removable, powder coated 35 litres mesh basket for the separation of liquids and swarf. It has a 1.4m2 fluid and oil resistant filter cartridge for final filtration and a high performance integrated pump for pumping out liquids. It has also a low operating 68 dB(A) noise level.

Options include an automatic pump facility to prevent the overfilling of liquids and a self-aspirating pump for continuous pumping of liquids.
