Fumex Laboratory Extractors
Fumex TERFU
The TERFU is local fume extractor with a friction joint developed for use in worksites where great flexibility is required, e.g. in electronics and chemistry laboratories. The friction joints with ball bearings make positioning convenient and simple.
The TERFU stays in position when adjusted, thanks to the easily adjustable joints, movable swivel parts and support springs. All The necessary adjustments of joint set can be made with one hand. The smooth aluminum tubes and easily dismantled plastic joints facilitate cleaning the inside of the suction duct. Should it be necessary, the whole extractor can easily be dismantled.
The TERFU joint is available in white and blue, and is designed for table, ceiling or wall mounting.

Fumex TERFU-100
The TERFU-100 is a local extractor with friction joints designed for use on worksites where great flexibility is required, such as laboratories and various production environments.
The TERFU-100 is available in three different designs. Firstly, the Standard design has polypropylene joints and anodised aluminium tubes, and is suitable for the evacuation of most types of airborne pollutants. The PP design has polypropylene joints and tubes, and is suitable primarily for the evacuation of very aggressive highly concentrated pollutants. Finally, the ATEX design has conductive polypropylene joints and tubes, and is suitable for the evacuation of airborne pollutants in ATEX classified environments, as well as those where sparking might arise through static electricity.

Fumex MiniTex
A telescopic extractor that has the market's lowest pressure drop for local extractors and is especially suitable when the extractor is to be combined in the same exhaust air system as other products with low pressure drops, for example, fume cupboards or when evacuation is through an air-conditioning system.
The MiniTex is manufactured in steel and powder-coated in white. It is available for wall and ceiling installation.

Fumex TEX AA
The TEX AA is specially designed to take care of polluted air at a high temperature, e.g. from an atomic absorption unit.
The hood and all components that risk coming in contact with the flame are manufactured in stainless steel 316L, and the sliding lining is made from PTFE which is temperature resistant to 300°C.
The TEX AA extractor is designed for wall or ceiling installation and has 180° swing motion and 44mm telescopic function. The mild steel supporting brackets are white powder coated.
The telescopic movement is created by two sliding rings made of Teflon for heat resistance, and a locking device to ensure that the hood stays in the intended vertical position.
