TEKA Caremaster SF-W
Stationary welding fume filter for almost every type of industrial fume extraction problem, especially the extraction of fumes arising from thermally processing metals.
Comes equipped with a durable filter cassette, pre-filter unit, filter monitor, sealing face lifter, hour-meter, wall bracket and protective motor switch for wall mounting.

TEKA Cartmaster PF-W
A stationary cartridge filter with fully-automatic, dust-related de-dusting equipped with two durable large-surface filter cartridges (2 x 7.5m2). The control includes a post-cleaning function during stand-still of ventilation.
The fan is mounted on the top of the unit and has a silencer on the discharge side for effective noise reduction. The dust collection tank is easily accessible and supplied with an inserted PE bag.
The unit comes fully supplied and includes a control unit with control elements for wall assembly.

TEKA ZPF 9 Series
For larger air quantities we offer our filter systems with 9 filter cartridges. The central, self de-dusting cartridge filter system ZPF cleans the polluted air that is extracted by handy catch instruments and will be led directly to the central filter. The advantages of this self de-dusting filter system are the ideal de-dusting attitude (long life filter cartridges, optimal suction performance), the user-friendliness, and the low maintenance.
The housing consists of robust metal sheet panel construction. All sides are powder-coated and the device is built in modular manner. This makes a later enlargement of the unit possible (to reach larger filter surfaces). The filtering devices are equipped with filter cartridges of the category BGIA M. The dust collection efficiency is > 99%. These cartridges are coated. Due to this process the life time is higher than the life time of other usual filter cartridges.
The filtering device is equipped with the PULSE-CONTROL. It is especially suited for the control of filtering devices with the POWER-SPRAY-System. Due to the up-to-date microprocessors, a clear encoded text display and the joggle-button, an easy use and programming of the control is possible.

TEKA Oilmaster
The Oilmaster is a fully equipped, noiseless stationary oil mist filter. It offers four-stage filtration and the highest degree of separation. Three filter stages work without deterioration.
The Oilmaster is adapted especially for separation of oil and emulsion mist arising from milling and lathing works. The cleaned air can be re-circulated into the workroom.
The mist extracted is condensed into droplets which are then separated by the filter unit and collected in a tray which can be siphoned off.

TEKA Filter Cube
TEKA Filter Cubes offer central units for a variety of extraction situations. BGIA-approved corresponding to DIN EN ISO 15012-1.
The dust efficiency of these units is greater than 99%. The de-dusting is microprocessor-controlled by the Pulse Control-steering with clear text indicator.
The de-dusting of the cartridges is realised by the Power Spray system, which holds many advantages over a regular jet-and-rotation nozzles such as it's wear resistance, as only 4 bars are necessary for de-dusting (as previously compared to 8 bar when using rotation-nozzles).
Furthermore, a control system for the fan is integrated; as well as a generous dust collection tank. All housings are easily accessible. The fans are built into the silencer as standard.

TEKA Wet Dust Separator
Due to its simple and trouble-free mode of operation and its high dust collection efficiency, the dynamic wet dust separator is the ideal device for a wide range of applications, even with difficult dust conditions.
The W-swirl, originally constructed for the separation of explosive dusts, proved itself as so effective that this principle was adopted for the development of a high-performance wet dust separator.
The air is cleaned by swirling the dust with water. Simultaneously the air is centrifuged in the W-swirl. The air inlets of the swirl are partly flooded by the water. The mixture of air and dust - flowing in with high speed - drags along the water. This causes an intensive turbulence and breakup of the air bubbles.

TEKA Filter Cube HV
The Filter Cube HV (High Vent) is a central high-vacuum suction and filter unit, very compact for several suction points. The fan is installed at the top of the unit and sound-proofed.
It is equipped with filter cartridges for use categories M and has a dust collection efficiency of over 99%. The units come supplied with the micro-processor controlled Pulse Control and Power Spray system.
The control system incorporates a display and monitors every work step. The dust collection tank is supplied with an integrated PE bag.

Kiekens Dustmaster Cartridge
Cartridge Dustmasters are designed for continuous operation even during the cleaning cycle. High efficiency ensures separation of even very fine, sticky and health hazardous dusts in the metal, synthetic material, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.

Kiekens Dustmaster Plate Filter DM8000 & 9000
Dustmaster plate filters are of a particularly compact design and provide very high efficiency separation together with a very long filter life.
The Dustmaster DM8000 are 9000 are ideal for use in processes where dusts are very fine or have to meet specific emission levels. Because of their pressure resistant design, they are ideal for use where dusts are explosive. The DM8000 and 9000 are therefore suitable for use in the plastic, chemical, engineering, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Kiekens Mistmaster
The Mistmaster is a superior centrifugal mist separator, which is especially developed for the filtration of oil mist, which is released in various industrial processes for instance at production machines like turning lathes and milling machines. It guarantee a filtration of more than 99%. By means of local suction, the oil mist and / or vapours are directly extracted at the source, which prevents employees to be exposed to this.
The Mistmaster has a high-quality stainless steel housing and is furnished with an IEC electric motor. The polluted air is lead through a fluid bath where the mist and vapours are separated. The secreted oil is discharged directly through an overflow valve and is suitable for recycling. The filters are self-cleaning; so cleaning or replacing the filter cartridges is not necessary.

Kiekens Oilmaster
The Oilmaster is equipped with a two stage high quality filter (filter class F5 according to DIN EN 779) in a fully welded housing. The polluted air is lead through the primary labyrinth filter for the first separation stage. Secondly the air is lead through a high quality filter for the filtering of the smallest oil drops. All the filtered oil is collected in a large steel funnel with an outlet valve for connection to a separate oil reservoir.
Depending on special requirements, the Oilmaster can be supplied with special filters for different types of mist and/or vapours, in order to solve every problem. We can supply a collection tank or a continuous oil system, and in case of long ducting or special installation requirements, also a large program of medium and high pressure fans is available.
