Fumex Mobile Filters
Fumex SF
A range of portable weld-fume filters for temporary worksites where efficient filtration is important. The Fumex SF filters form part of a complete extraction program in three sizes; series 300, 200 and 150.
Welding fumes contain large amounts of fine particles that are a serious health hazard. The Fumex SF filter offers the best levels of filtration currently on the market. It is made up of three layers; a pre-filter efficient to 95-97%, a fine filter efficient to 97-99%, and a micro-filter efficient to 99.997%.

Fumex LFK Filter Kits
The Fumex range of Local Filter Kits (LFKs) is the complete solution for removing dust, fume and gases from your workplace. Your solution, delivered in a box!
- The LFK 150 is a single arm system, ideal for standalone workstations, based on the Terfu 50mm diameter arm
- The LFK 250 is a twin arm system utilising the Terfu 50mm diameter arms. The system is supplied with interconnecting ductwork, hose adaptors, and table brackets
- The LFK 175 is a single station system utilising the Terfu 75mm diameter arm, delivering higher air volumes for greater capture performance

Fumex LF70
The Fumex LF70 is a mobile filter for the extraction of gases, fumes and particles. It is designed to meet requirements for the evacuation of airborne pollutants in laboratories, hospitals, pharmaceutical and electronics industry, laser branding etc. The LF70 offers:
- efficient particle filter for fumes and other airborne pollutants
- gas filter, allowing long dwell time which results in high absorption of gases, pollutants and odours
- low noise level for a pleasant work environment
- high flexibility due to a wide range of filters. There are 3 regular kinds of particle filters and 4 regular kinds of gas filters available

TEKA Mobile Filters
TEKA Handycart
A mobile portable high-vacuum extraction unit with manual de-duster or fully-automatic pneumatic de-duster and infinitely adjustable speed control. The extraction and filter unit is ideally suitable for the extraction and filtering of welding fumes and dusts when working at frequently changing locations (e.g. construction sites, welding stations for small workpieces, automobile garages and repair shops). The filter cartridge remains in the unit preventing dust from penetrating the work room during de-dusting. The unit has a dust collection efficiency of > 99%.
In standard design the unit is equipped with 2 suction connections, a maintenance-friendly service door and dust collector. The collected dusts are gathered in the dust container. These dusts are disposed of by help of inserted PE-bags. Furthermore the Handycart is equipped with an hour-meter and a visual filter monitor.

TEKA Protector
The Protector mobile welding fume extraction unit is best suited to extracting and filtering fumes materialising from welding jobs. The appliance is equipped with a pre-filter and a main filter and has a dust collector efficiency of > 99%.
It comes supplied with 5m of electric cable and a rotational direction indicator (for 400V models) as well as a mains plug, cable holder and filter monitor. The unit is supplied with a suction hose with internal joints. These allow the hose to rotate 360° and take on any position within its outreach.

TEKA Air Filter Mini / Maxi
An efficient unit with a high volumetric air flow such as smallest noise emission for working places in calm environment. Available in Mini and Maxi executions, whereby the AIRFILTER MAXI has double suction power and double filtering surface opposite the AIRFILTER MINI. Thus the AIRFILTER MAXI is particularly suitable for the multi-shift operation. The volume of both units corresponds in approximately to that of a personnel computer.
The use of a 3-step filtering system permits the operation for most different suction solutions: e.g. with laser units, in the dental and medical technology, in the electrical industry, in hospitals, at dermatologists and restorers.
By means of the compact building method it is suitable both as under-table unit such as free standing unit to which exhaust arms in a size of 50mm - 75mm in the MINI execution and exhaust arms in a size of 50mm - 100mm in the MAXI execution can be taken up.

TEKA LMD Series
Mobile suction units with maintenance-free, changeable high-particulate filter for the mechanical separation of dust. The unit is either suitable for laser machines in connection with suction elements or for soldering working places. Available in various executions. Opposite the types 507 and 508 the units type 501, 503 and 504 have got double filtering surface.
The filter consists of a pre-filter, a high-particulate filter and an activated carbon filter, which is separately built-in in a changeable housing. Each filter element is taken off by the clean side and can be taken out individually.
In addition the units have got a filter monitoring, full motor protection,continuous speed control unit and operation hour meter.

TEKA Oil Cube
A simple principle of basic physics designed with rugged and dependable engineering.
The unit is suited for extracting and filtering oil mist used on lathes and milling machines. The purified air can be re-circulated into the work-room. The filter unit is equipped with three different filter stages.
The pre-separator is from aluminium. Drops form in the main stage, which is an especially for oil mist suited bag filter, and the precipitated liquid drips automatically into the tray. For filter end stage the unit is equipped with a main filter.
