TEKA Air Filter Ink S2

This unit has a maximum volume flow of up to 1250 m3/h and is thus designed for very large printers that have an extraction built-in as a standard by the producer. The pollutants are simply passed to the suction and filtering unit via a flexible hose.

The adjacent printer has got a width of 2500 mm. The gases that are released are collected by the extraction hood that is provided. All units type Airfilter Ink S2 are delivered as standard along with:

TEKA Air Filter IC II

TEKA developed the unit type Air Filter IC II in cooperation with a big American producer. The units are completely powder-coated inside and even outside. The filter mediums can be taken off in an easy way via a big service door. As a standard, all units are equipped with a well-proven sealing device ensuring that any collected pollutants are led automatically though the filter mediums.

The operation of the plant is facilitated by a screen-display with transparency keyboard and prompting.

Printers are often in small rooms. Therefore, a bearable, acceptable noise level is extremely important. This unit is delivered along with a high-effective silencer. The filtered air is led back into the working room through an outlet spigot. Alternatively, the air can be led to the outside through an attached hose.

TEKA Air Filter Mini / Maxi

An efficient unit with a high volumetric air flow such as smallest noise emission for working places in calm environment. Available in Mini and Maxi executions, whereby the AIRFILTER MAXI has double suction power and double filtering surface opposite the AIRFILTER MINI. Thus the AIRFILTER MAXI is particularly suitable for the multi-shift operation. The volume of both units corresponds in approximately to that of a personnel computer.

The use of a 3-step filtering system permits the operation for most different suction solutions: e.g. with laser units, in the dental and medical technology, in the electrical industry, in hospitals, at dermatologists and restorers.

By means of the compact building method it is suitable both as under-table unit such as free standing unit to which exhaust arms in a size of 50mm - 75mm in the MINI execution and exhaust arms in a size of 50mm - 100mm in the MAXI execution can be taken up.

TEKA SPA Range

The SPA range are mobile filtering units that are particularly suitable for the capture of laser emissions arising on producing stamps, and ensure durable industrial application.

By means of the new HEPA-memory filter, a high separation degree such as a long filter life is guaranteed. The activated carbon filter is used as final filter step for the absorption of gases and smells.

The units of the SPA-series are delivered along with an outlet spigot size 125 as standard. They are steered via the new steering (AIRCONTROL), which is also already used successfully with the units of the Air Filter and LMD series.

Outlet spigot, filter monitoring, continuous speed control, 5 m cable and SUB D9 plug belong likewise in series to the equipment.
