Kiekens Fixed Vacuums
Kiekens KD / KG
The KD and KG high vacuum filter systems are composed of a modular programme consisting of various suction units, filters, dust containers and frames.
The stationary suction systems very suitable for the extraction of large quantities of coarse dusts and bulk materials. Also designed as de-dusting installation for simultaneous suction at several points and/or ducting conveyance over large distances by means of highly efficient and powerful turbo compressors.
The KD and KG filter systems guarantee a large and stable air capacity for the suction of large quantities of dry dusts and swarfs. In combination with a tilt-able pre-separator, the filter systems can be applied for removing bulk materials without any problems.

Kiekens Dustmaster DM8000 & 9000
Dustmaster plate filters are of a particularly compact design and provide very high efficiency separation together with a very long filter life.
The Dustmaster DM8000 are 9000 are ideal for use in processes where dusts are very fine or have to meet specific emission levels. Because of their pressure resistant design, they are ideal for use where dusts are explosive. The DM8000 and 9000 are therefore suitable for use in the plastic, chemical, engineering, pharmaceutical and food industries.
- Compressed air filter: Max. 6 bar, consumption 55 litres per pulse, 10 Nm3/h at 20 seconds intervals
- Finish: Inward 1 layer primer, outward 1 layer primer, 1 finishing coat in orange RAL2004 and grey RAL7021
- Support: 3 brackets with free space of 750 mm under the funnel, deviating measures on request

Kiekens Dustmaster DM10000
Dustmaster plate filters are of a particularly compact design and provide very high efficiency separation together with a very long filter life.
The Dustmaster DM10000 is in essence suitable for applications where high demands are made upon the separation in combination with dusts which are hard to separate and/or health hazardous dusts, very fine dust particles and high dust concentrations. Because of the high capacity several points can be extracted simultaneously in a simple fashion.
- large as well as small moist and sticky dusts are separated to a maximum because of the specially shaped filter plates
- exceptionally suitable for health hazardous dusts due to it's high filtration rate (up to 99.995%)
- capacities of up to 9.000m3/h can be filtered effectively
- the filter is furnished with a powerful and low-energy automatic jetpuls cleaning system

Kiekens Turbo Compressors
The range of multistage centrifugal compressors consists of standard components. Three impeller types, F, J and the wider U type, for larger airflows, together with 3, 5 and 7-stage versions and several transmissions provide a broad and well attuned delivery programme. The Kiekens Turbo Compressors are designed for high speed operation with the result that a compact unit can be offered. The exhaust air is completely oil-free, therefore oil separators are not required. The carefully balanced impellers guarantee a low noise level and a vibration-free operation.
The Kiekens Turbo Compressors are developed for a wide range of applications. They are particularly suitable for air technical installations at which a relatively low airflow is desired in combination with a high under pressure or overpressure till rather more than 36,000 Pa.
